The game should have been played at Gawthorpe but, presumably because of the conditions down there, it was moved to Oldham's training ground.
That didn't effect the young Clarets as they picked up another win and climbed above Wigan Athletic into third place in the league. We do still have a chance of finishing in second place but we would need to win our two remaining games and hope that Preston lose their one remaining game. The league has now been won by Tranmere Rovers.
