Another home draw for youth team

On Monday 9^th December we are at home to Tranmere Rovers in the 1^st Round of the Lancashire FA Youth Cup but tomorrow sees us start our FA Youth Cup campaign with a 3^rd round tie at Turf Moor against Crystal Palace, a game which kicks off at 7:00 p.m.

Hopefully the Clarets’ fans will turn up to see the youngsters, some of whom will have never played on Turf Moor, and give them some support.

There is an incentive too should we beat Palace tomorrow because it will be another home tie in Round 4 against Notts County who are already through after beating Ipswich Town 2-1 at Portman Road in a game that went to extra time.

Should we beat Palace then the Notts County game would have to be played on or before 25^th January 2003.
