Annual Meeting at end of month

For years Frank Teasdale’s board held the meetings as late as possible despite pleas from the shareholders to hold them earlier and in fact they also used to hold them on the morning of the game to limit the time for questions.

Both these were addressed and as well as moving the meetings back to midweek evenings last year’s was held in early November but this year there has still been no notification and with 21 days notice required many are asking just when?

We can now tell you that they have left it as late as possible, in fact just one day before the end of the year, and the meeting will take place on Monday 30^th December. We have no information on time or venue as yet but the likely start time is 7:00 or 7:30 p.m. and the venue will be the Centre Spot or the Executive area in the Harry Potts Longside.

This means that shareholders can expect to receive their accounts as required with 21 days notice and that is next Monday 9^th December.
