Andre could be on his Bikey

Owen Coyle - linked with Andre Bikey
He gave away the penalty that led to Burnley taking a 1-0 lead to the Madejski Stadium and then stupidly got himself sent off in stoppage time for stamping on Robbie Blake before having the tantrum of the season as the shirt came off prior to storming up the tunnel.

We didn't think we'd see the Cameroon international again this season once we were promoted but that might not be the case. He's currently serving the five match suspension he landed himself with but news tonight suggests Owen Coyle might be ready to move in for him.

It would take a big offer and suggestions are we are ready to go in with a bid of around £2.5 million. Apparently there is a contract in Bikey's contract which means Reading have to allow him to talk to other clubs should they receive an offer of £3 million, the Clarets it is believed are hoping to get him for just a bit less than that.

With Michael Duff injured and David Edgar suspended we have just two central defenders fit for Saturday. It is an area that Coyle is likely to want to strengthen, although should Bikey sign he would not be available until the Everton game.
