And one down makes four again

Clarets' boss Steve Cotterill said recently that Joey had struggled to settle since joining the Clarets because of being separated from his wife whilst she was expecting. The baby is due within the next few days.

Joey has therefore informed his international manager Eyjolfur Sverrisson that he would prefer to remain with his wife rather than travel to Majorca. It will now be after the end of the league season before he gets the opportunity to line up for his country again. They have two qualifiers in early June, the first against Liechtenstein in Reykjavik followed by the return game against Sweden.

So we will be focussing on Danny Coyne, Michael Duff, Kyle Lafferty and Steve Jones over the next week as they look to win two more caps each as Wales and Northern Ireland play a couple of qualifying games each.
