Graham Alexander
Graham Alexander - won the man of the match vote
It was Alexander who came out on top of the man of the match vote on Clarets Mad. He polled 37.9% of the vote with Eagles finishing in second place with 29.8%. They were some distance ahead of the rest with Tyrone Mears taking third place with 9.5% of the vote.

We had the same top three in the player ratings on the message board although the positions of the top two were reversed.. This time Eagles was the winner with a rating of 7.85 out of 10, just ahead of Alexander whose rating was 7.75.

Again Mears took third place, ahead of full back partner Stephen Jordan, with a rating of 7.56 out of 10.

Both Alexander and Eagles collect five points towards the Clarets Mad Player of the Year with Mears picking up two points and those two points are enough to take Mears clear again at the top of the table.

Eagles moves into joint fourth place with Alexander joining the group in ninth place with six points.

The vote currently in progress is for the October Goal of the Month and this will run until the end of tomorrow.

There are six goals to choose from - Steven Fletcher v Birmingham, Andre Bikey v Birmingham, Robbie Blake v Blackburn, Chris Eagles v Blackburn, Steven Fletcher v Wigan and Graham Alexander v Hull - and as always the poll is on the front page of the site.
