It's a race night, with eight races to be shown in the 1882 Lounge at Turf Moor, and you can book your place right now for the event that will be looking to take the money raised for youth development at Burnley FC past the £26,000 figure.
Much of the money raised has already been put to good use by Vince Overson, Terry Pashley and the team, now headed by Martin Dobson, and we are currently in discussions with them on how to spend the £6,000 plus that is again available.
For the race night we are looking for eight race sponsors at £30 each. Each sponsor will have the choice of naming a race and their name will be shown on the race card. Horse ownership is £5 per horse. Again your name will appear on the race card and should your horse win the race there will be a £25 prize.
Horse owners are required for the first seven races, and that's eight horses per race. The ownership of the horses for the last race will be auctioned on the night.
Tickets are now available. They are priced at £10 each and include supper, a free race card and also your first £1 bet on the night.
