Pride, Passion, Belief

We've had so many memories in recent years. Wonderful memories. Memories of pride. We took the League Cup campaign to the Semi Finals, had a run in the FA Cup too. But the biggest memory we will all hold forthwith is the 2009 Coca Cola Championship Playoff Finals at the nation's heart; Wembley Stadium.

We've had a taste of the big league, savoured the local derbies against Blackburn Rovers once more, and took scalps from the likes of Manchester United, Tottenham and Man City (albeit the latter was only a point).

But the show ain't over yet. We may have been battered, bruised, hell you could say beaten to a pulp in the Premier League at times, but if truth be told, it was a thrilling experience, and one I want to encounter numerous times over. We will one day make it back into the big league, but the question fans are asking is "how long?".

We have in my opinion one of the strongest squads for years. We've kept a core part of the squad from our promotion and relegation campaigns in the past 2 seasons, and brought in highly experienced and highly thought of players in the likes of Chris Iwelumo, Dean Marney and Ross Wallace.

As for Lee Grant; time will tell. But I think he will prove excellent pedigree for competition of the Goalkeeping jersey battle with the Beast.

Each and every single one of you Burnley fans; look back at the memories of recent seasons. Do you want more of that? YES YOU DO! Whether it be Play offs, 2nd place or Title winners, we have the strength to do it. We have the capability to do it. AND WE HAVE THE SUPPORT TO DO IT!

We kick off a brand new season in a matter of days. Lets push on and make it a promotion campaign, one we will never forget. Pride, Passion, Belief. We hold all of them. Rally up, March on! COME ON YOU CLARETS
