FANTASY PREMIER LEAGUE MAD 2012/13To sign up for Fantasy Premier League Mad 2012/13 you will need to forward your payment to us and register your team on the official Premier League site
Once we have received your payment we will forward you the code to join the Clarets Mad 2012/13 League within the Premier League game
Prize money will be determined once we know how many have signed up to play, £5 per entrant will go in prize money with the remainder to Clarets Mad Youth Foundation
