Next Game – Franchise (home)

I had no time for Mr. Pompous of Bradford but at least he had the decency to ban those involved in this dreadful club from his ground, allowing them no hospitality. If it was left to me I wouldn’t even let them into town never mind inside our ground.

It just seems it is always us who have to play them at significant times. We were, at the time, the last to play them at Selhurst Park although that in the end was not the case as they couldn’t move for the start of this season.

Then we were the first to have to play them in Milton Keynes and now we are the first to play them after the creditors let football down by accepting the CVA and allowing these Pariahs to avoid liquidation.

From a selfish point of view they will at least be someone else’s problem next season when they drop down a division as they fall into obscurity.

I sincerely hope for the sake of football in this country that we never see them or their like ever again.

Say NO to football franchising
