We will go toe to toe with them

He's been here twice in the last two years for cup ties, winning the first and then seeing his side on the wrong end of a 2-0 scoreline in the Carling Cup just over a year ago. The usually calm Wenger apparently had a rant at his players at half time at Liverpool which lifted them and he wants more of the same from them.

Looking forward to his third visit to Turf Moor he said today: "If we have learned one thing from the beginning of the season until now, it is that every single team has to be considered very seriously and we have to be highly committed and focused.

"The real message we have given out [after Sunday at Liverpool] is that Arsenal is ready for a fight and that we do not give up. But to think that we can relax would just demonstrate we are not very intelligent. I believe we are."

He continued: "I am impressed by Burnley's home form and it's another big game for us, but I am convinced that, with a great performance, we will come back with the three points."

There have been a lot of reminders in the last week of our great cup win against them last year but Owen Coyle said: "It's always nice when you are finished to look back but I'm not one for looking back to last year.

"We have to focus on this game against an Arsenal side that won at Liverpool on Sunday and showed their qualities. They have some fantastic talents and play football the way I like to see it played.

"They pass and move the ball so quickly with great technique but we also have quality and we will go toe to toe with them and we can win points in this game."

Coyle added: "It's a measure of how far we've come that we welcome them here in a Premier League game as opposed to the two cup ties we've had previously. I think I was in the job two months when we played them in the FA Cup and then last year obviously in the Carling Cup.

"Now it's a Premier League fixture and it's one we are looking to earn points from. To do that, we will have to be at our best."
