We look at what we're doing

Ferguson hadn't played since January but brought himself back into the side last Saturday for the game against Leeds at Elland Road, and he's confirmed that he will be playing again in the Good Friday clash and is looking forward to it having issued a rallying call to his players.

He said today: "This is what you want to be a footballer for, playing in front of a packed Bloomfield Road with a team that are heading for promotion. We've got a chance to stop them getting promotion and get us away from relegation. What more can you ask? Bring it on.

"We've got to want it the most because if we don't they'll run over the top of us. It's live on Sky and it's another chance for people to show what they can do."

Ferguson added: "I've watched Burnley four times in DVD and they're a well organised, well drilled team. He's got them playing well and they deserve to be where they are.

"The boys know what way they play and they know every player inside out because we went through it as a team. Come Friday at quarter past five it's game on. It's a local derby. It's what football is all about.

"The team is already picked, so we'll be ready. There will be no stone unturned. We'll be going out all guns blazing, trying to win the game. We'll fight for everything because every second ball we've got to win. I've got into the boys all week."

Sean Dyche has asked the supporters travelling to Bloomfield Road tomorrow to roar the Clarets on to a win.

Speaking ahead of the game, he said: "Any challenges that get in our way we want that positive support. We want that voice and we want that feel because they are part of what we're doing, they know that now.

"It's galvanised as the season has gone on, and when we need them the most is when we want them at their loudest because it does help the players, there's no two ways about it. The energy they give and that link with the players is very important and it will be important going forward and certainly on Friday."

Dyche added: "We can't worry about what Blackpool are doing, or whatever anyone else playing is doing. We concern ourselves and we look at what we're doing and that's the main focus."
