Life has been blown back into Turf Moor

The managers of the top two clubs currently in the Championship have both been speaking ahead of the game tomorrow.

Harry, who has been with QPR for eleven months, admitted it is going to be a tough game for his unbeaten side. "I like the look of Burnley, I must be honest," he said.

"I saw them earlier in the season and thought they looked a good team. They're flying at the moment, absolutely flying. The front two, Vokes and Ings, are good players and they're both scoring regularly.

"Sean Dyche has done a fine job there. They've got a settled side and we know what we are up against."

It's the start of a run of four games that includes three on the road with Wigan and Reading to follow, and Redknapp added: "The next few games are tough for us, starting at Burnley, but I'm happy with how we're looking.

"This is an important period, but we've got a group of lads here, a squad of good players and we're  confident bunch. I like the look of the team and how we're playing. They're beginning to understand how I want us to play and that can only be good for the upcoming games."

Sean Dyche is looking to extend the Clarets' recent run of wins and was informed that a victory against QPR would see us with an identical record from 13 games as in our best ever start of 1897/98.

He said: "To get another win would achieve that real mark in history. Nowadays, there are so many games coming thick and fast, but it is still a fair achievement for myself, my staff and the players.

"Of course, we want to take it further, but we'll take each game as it comes and the next one is QPR. It adds a bit of spice that it's QPR.

"They've got a big squad and big names that everyone knows, as well as their manager, but when it comes to it, this is just another team and it's 11 playing 11. That's the way we have to look at it.

"We've got a good, healthy group who are motivated to win and achieve, but we know we have to keep working hard to deliver the performances, certainly against a team like QPR. It's a different challenge against the so-called market leaders who are also right up there, but one that we're definitely ready to take on."

Dyche added: "Life has been blown back into Turf Moor and the town and that's great for me and the players to be a part of. It's about getting behind us now and taking it forward.

"I know it's the 11 players that have to deliver, but it doesn't half help if you've got fans behind you and we still need those fans, even if we aren't getting the results."
