Get behind your team because the fans will be entertained

Reading boss Steve Coppell said ahead of the game: "The result will be fresh in everyone's mind and they will want revenge. I know after the match at our place they felt they were a real factor in the game and they will look to get three points from us when we take them on at our place.

"Burnley see themselves as a team capable of getting into the Premiership next year so it will be a tough task, but that's what this division is all about.

"They have a slightly unusual shape about their team, and a few square pegs in round holes, but it seems to work. It will be a hard game but they will give us opportunities. If we show the same desire to go forward as we did when we played QPR on Saturday I certainly won't complain."

Coppell has recently been making changes during the game in the central midfield area and it is expected that he'll be looking to do the same again tonight. He explained: "We play with width but a lot of other teams like to have one of their wide men tucked in.

"That means our central two have a lot of chasing to do, and with two options on the bench it gives the possibility of legs and energy at an important time in the game."

Owen Coyle is also looking back at that game at Reading as an inspiration for his team. "We were disappointed and annoyed on the day," he said. "We had a poor start at Reading, as they had most of the possession.

"We have another very difficult game but when we're at our best we can win the game. It is a chance to re-address that result and come out on the positive side. Reading have a £12 million advantage over the rest of us before a ball is kicked, so you know you're up against it.

"Having said that, that won't phase the group of players we have got. We will be positive in our outlook and try to start the game well. We know we can cause problems to teams and that's what we look to do.

"We have to continue in the same vein of form of recent performances and if we do, we will get a return for it.

"We're in terrific form at home and the fans have been magnificent, so come along, be vocal and get behind your team because the fans will be entertained."
