Last night saw us drop to the bottom when Bolton secured their first points of the season with a 2-1 win at Blackburn, and the Clarets will be looking to get their season moving having only played one game so far.

That was at Everton on the night the first team played at Hartlepool and a very inexperienced team fell to a 3-0 defeat at the Stobart Stadium in Halton.

There is no indication as to what the team will be but it is likely that members of the first team squad, currently out of the side, could get some game time tonight and that's what Owen Coyle suggested would happen at the recent Clarets Mad event 'Trio of Trotters'.

We'll provide some brief information this evening after the game with a full report on the site tomorrow morning.
