Ings and Fletcher on mark in Accrington draw

Danny Ings again found the net, playing an hour today after sitting out last night's game on the bench, with the other goal coming from Wes Fletcher, a player who has now been promoted to the first team squad.

Ings wasn't the only one to get game time on the way back from injury, Shay McCartan also got half an hour in his first outing since suffering a knee injury whilst training with Northern Ireland.

The team also featured three Australians, goalkeeper Daniel Nizic and central defender Callum Richardson who are still unable to play competitively for the club, and Aryn Williams.

The Burnley team was: Daniel Nizic, Aryn Williams (Alex Whitmore 75), Luke Conlan, Archie Love (Nathan Lowe 70), Callum Richardson, Luke Gallagher, Mehdi Lazaar (Jason Gilchrist 8), Steve Hewitt (Luke Daly 75), Wes Fletcher (Shay McCartan 60), Danny Ings (Cameron Dummigan 60), Cameron Howieson (Lewis Nuttall 70). Sub not used: Conor Mitchell.
