The Burnley goal was a consolation from Josh Dolling (pictured above) 13 minutes from time after Blackpool had previously scored three times. They led from the 20th minute and, once Christian Hill had failed to score an equalising penalty, went on to score twice more in the second half.
Burnley will now return to league action this Saturday against Bury, a re-arranged date for the game postponed three days ago.
