It hardly comes as surprise but Clarets' hitman Sam Vokes has been named in the Welsh soccer squad for the Euro 2016 finals to be held in France.
Wales supremo Chris Coleman has included the Clarets' striker, whom I am certain will be confident of a starting place in the Welsh X1 when they kick-off their Euro campaign against Slovakia.

The Clarets' target man, who scored 15 league goals in Burnley's 2015/16 promotion winning season will be joining Champions League winner Gareth Bale in a rejuvenated Wales set up.
With Tom Heaton already named in the full England squad, Big Sam Vokes and Burnley fans everywhere will have lots to look forward to.
We can all now hope Stephen Ward will be added to the list of Clarets appearing in the finals when Martin O'Neill announces his Republic of Ireland squad tomorrow. (TEC)
