We would like to apologise for the technical problems that have been around the Clarets Mad web site at times during the week.

I can assure you that it is equally frustrating for the Clarets Mad team who are frustrated in their attempts to bring you the news as soon as possible.

Please be patient should you find the site not at its best but these problems are out of the hands of the editorial team. We are hoping that things will be resolved to allow us to bring you news from tomorrow's game against Stockport County - right now it looks as though it is us who are the Unprofessionals.

Hopefully the site will not be disappearing again and hopefully we will be able to update it quickly. Thanks for all your emails on the subject and thanks for your patience.
