Reserve team week so - ROLL UP FOR THE RESERVES

We would dearly love to see 1,000 at the game although accept, given the recent attendances, that this is a tall order. Let's see how close we can get though and if you can get down to the Turf on Wednesday then please do and give the stars of the future your support.

They have put in some fantastic performances this season and it really has been a disappointment at times to see so few enjoying the games on the Turf.

We are getting fantastic support from elsewhere with our campaign including the local press who once again have been fantastic with us, and we hope to be able to publicise it on local radio. Other Burnley FC web sites are also pledging their support again, brilliant and thanks to each and every one of you.

We are also delighted to announce that the Football Club are also giving it 100% support, they were very quick to pledge their support when asked at the end of last week. They will be publicising it on the Official Burnley FC web site.

To start the ball rolling Peter Heywood, our reserve team correspondent, has reviewed the first half of the season and his Half Term Report can be found in our Reserves/Youths section.

I know many of you won't be able to get to the reserve team game on Wednesday but would if you were able to. If that's you then you can pledge your support to the reserves by emailing us.

If you are a season ticket holder then it won't cost you anything to go to the game on Wednesday, if not then it is just £3. Please support the reserves if you can.
