McGee back in management in Ireland

McGee, who was with the Clarets from 1981 to 1983, has also managed both Galway United and Limerick and has returned to Salthill Devon after the club have made a disastrous start to the 2011 season.

A former Republic of Ireland international, he has a UEFA 'A' licence and has been heavily involved in the coaching of younger players.

He's replaced Emlyn Long after they failed to record a single win in any of their first eight games this season and there wasn't an immediate improvement for McGee who saw his side lose 1-0 at home to Shelbourne last Saturday.
