Haywood is tonight's referee

Last updated : 19 April 2011 By Tony Scholes
Not only that, this will be Haywood's fifth Burnley game and all of them have been at Turf Moor. The first of them was a bit of a horror show, a 1-1 draw against Leicester in Owen Coyle's second home game in charge.

Since then his performances have been better although what you can expect from him is one of the less mobile referees and one who doesn't make too much use of his cards.

This season he's yellow carded a total of 60 players in 32 games and has sent two players off. Of those 60 yellow cards, 26 have gone to home team players and 34 to away team players.

His first red card this season came just four days before the Burnley v Derby game. He sent off Herefords' Ryan Green in a 4-0 League Two defeat at Shrewsbury.

The second came just a week last Saturday when Graeme Lee of Notts County was sent off as they lost 3-1 to Dagenham & Redbridge in League One.

He's had one game since then, also in League One. It was Rochdale's home win against Southampton seven days ago and there were no cards in that game.

The assistant referees tonight are Peter Bankes (Merseyside) and Darren Bond (Lancashire). The fourth official is Lee Metcalfe (Lancashire).
