Jack Cork
Jack played in the defeat at Bristol City just over three weeks ago, his last Burnley appearance, before reporting for England under-21 duty.

In the second of the two games, played at Preston North End's Deepdale, he was taken ill during the first half suffering with heart palpitations and taken to hospital.

Since, he's been back at Chelsea undergoing stringent medical checks that led last week to further tests with a Harley Street specialist. He was given the all clear and the go ahead to return to Burnley.

He's arrived this morning and trained with the rest of the squad and could be included for tomorrow night's game at Forest.
