It will be Burnley's first ever visit to the Proact Stadium and will kick off at 3 pm.
The game will see Burnley manager Sean Dyche return to the club where he spent seven years in the 1990s, captaining the side to an FA Cup semi-final in 1997 when he scored from the penalty spot at Old Trafford against Middlesbrough before they bowed out in a replay.
It will be Burnley's first visit to Chesterfield since 2003 when we beat them on penalties after a 0-0 draw in the League Cup, but that was at the old Recreation Ground, Saltergate which they left in 2010.
