The panel who select the winners includes the LMA chairman Howard Wilkinson, Dave Bassett, Sir Alex Ferguson, Barry Fry and Joe Royle and they agreed that our win was the best performance of last week.
It's the first time we've won the award this season, but we've won it on a number of occasions including the Carling Cup victory at Chelsea, the play-off win at Reading in the same season, the away wins at West Ham and Middlesbrough in 2011/12 and the home win against QPR last season.
The presentation of the specially commissioned trophy will be made to Sean Dyche and shown on Gillette Soccer Saturday this weekend.
