Since returning to Ipswich he's hardly featured and has already had loan spells with Wycombe Wanders, Brighton & Hove Albion, Northampton Town and then earlier this year with Brighton again.
Today he's signed for League Two Brentford on loan until 10th January although Ipswich are able to recall him after the first month.
Bowditch's only first team football this season was in Ipswich's Carling Cup defeat to Wigan and it was just over two years ago since he last played league football for the Suffolk club.
