Whilst not quite as high as last season when we were in the Premier League it means 54 Clarets have already entered and there always seems to be a mad rush in the last few days.
It's the same game as we've used for over ten years. It's the official Premier League game which, one hiccup apart in 2011, has served us well.
It's easy to join the game.

3. Enter the code sent to you on registering to become a member of the Clarets Mad League
A list of entrants will be displayed on Eli's Message Board but you do not need to be a member to join the game.
Once you've joined, all you have to do is consider how best to spend your money and which players you want to sign. There are even a few ex-Clarets you can select such as fit again Jay Rodriguez and recent departures Danny Ings and Kieran Trippier.
You can spend as much or as little time as you wish on your team over the season but it is usually no more than a few minutes each week ahead of the deadline which, for weekend games, is usually 11:30 a.m. on the Saturday.
To join the league it costs £10 (or £10.60 via Paypal) with £5 of it immediately added to the prize fund and the remainder being donated to the Clarets Mad Youth Foundation.
