Referee Graham Scott will officiate the Clarets’ Sky Bet Championship fixture against Hull City on Saturday at Turf Moor.
The Oxfordshire official has overseen 12 games so far this season, issuing 50 yellow cards and 1 red card in the process.
He was the man in the middle earlier this season when the Clarets beat neighbours Bolton Wanderers 2-0, courtesy of an Andre Gray double.
Five players were booked on that occasion; Tendayi Darikwa and Joey Barton for Burnley and three for the visitors.
Mr Scott will be assisted by Mr. Daniel Cook, Mr. Michael McDonough and fourth official, Mr. Darren Bond.
